- Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
- Returns made after the 14 days will have a 20% restocking and processing fee.
- To be eligible for a return, your items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- All boxes and pouches must be returned with your item.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.

- Include your packing slip with your return
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
- Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your items. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and you must include photos of any damage.
- Color variation of products due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damage.
- All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders placed after 3pm will start being processed on the next business day.
- Delivery delays can occur and may be out of our control

- We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.
- You must sign for every purchase regardless of any signature waiver you have on file with the carrier. Every order will require a signature from an adult.
