What is your return policy?
We are happy to give store credit if your purchase is returned within 7 days with a receipt.
Do you offer appraisals?
Yes. Come by and let us take a look at your jewelry! Please call 501-315-1545 for pricing.
Do you clean and polish jewelry?
Yes. Stop by anytime to get your jewelry cleaned! We always check prongs and stones after cleaning.
Do you buy diamonds or gold?
Yes we do. Please come to our store with your jewelry to see if we would be a buyer. We are currently looking for diamonds over .5 carats.
What are my payment options?
We offer three options: pay all at once, layaway, and special financing through Wells Fargo with approved credit. For layaway, we require 20% down, then the rest be paid within three months.
Do you repair jewelry?
Yes. All of our jewelry repairs are done in our shop, so your jewelry never leaves our store. Not only do you get to meet the people working on your jewelry, but you’ll also get your jewelry back faster than a company that sends their jewelry out.
